Hello my name is Trish,
I am currently looking for a new opportunity. I have been laid off several times in the last few years due to the down turn in the residential housing market, telecommunications mergers and now the impending recession. I have always landed on my feet. I have many tips on how to find a job and get interviews and how to sharpen your resume without lying.
I will share some of my knowledge with you as I explore my own job search. I will start with Day 1 starting Monday April 7th and my journey to new employment

November 29, 2009I feel that some companies these days are more concerned with how many cases their customer service representatives can close and how many calls they can answer, then providing "quality" customer care to the public.
